For Marina, CEO and founder of MSB, this was precisely the case. Born in Catania, she began her professional journey working in radio, a dynamic environment that shaped and inspired her. Life then led her to Milan, where she decided to invest in her studies while simultaneously working in the worlds of fashion and hospitality. What might have been a simple professional path for many became, for her, a way to explore, grow, and truly understand what she desired.

After years of experiences that brought her closer to luxury not just as an aesthetic concept but as a sensory and human experience, she gained new awareness. At 26, with a clear vision and the desire to create something innovative, she founded Minerva Sensorial Branding. An audacious choice, driven not by the ambition to conquer the sector but by a more intimate motivation: the desire to give new meaning to connections, to explore the human soul through sensory experiences, and to go beyond the visible.

For Marina, luxury is not a mere object to possess but a collection of details that speak to emotions. This philosophy has made her a point of reference for many companies in the sector, thanks to her ability to unite simplicity and balance in every project. Today, she is a Brand Ambassador for Bentley, a Top Voice on LinkedIn with over 15,000 followers in the luxury segment, and a TEDx speaker, sharing the behind-the-scenes of a world that often seems distant and unclear.

Five years ago, she created a club of women managers, leaders in the luxury segment, who meet regularly in carefully selected venues to share experiences, reflections, and moments of authentic connection. A place where participants can shed their professional roles and speak sincerely, exchanging ideas and building relationships that go beyond work.

With over 500 women involved, this invitation-only club has become a space where competition gives way to collaboration, where authentic dialogue leads to new partnerships and lasting friendships. For Marina, this represents a natural extension of her philosophy: creating true relationships based on trust and the beauty of human connections.
